Crowdfunding is famous method of arranging funds for MSMEs through social media with the help of internet from potential investors. Due to globalisation and invention of advanced technologies, it has become necessity for MSMEs to arrange funds by crowdfunding. Crowdfunding found as a better alternative to replace the role of banking and non banking financial institutions. Banks and other financial institution feels hesitation in paying huge loan amount to them because of high risk involved and non performing assets. MSMEs are the back bone of Indian economy so for their survival, funds are more required. The present paper focuses on importance and contribution of crowdfunding sites and obstacles faced by the MSMEs during crowdfunding process. Secondary source of information used by the researcher and it was found that crowdfunding is the best option for MSMEs and it will give motivation to them to fulfil their objectives within specific time period. Government and policy holders should take care while preparing policies for enhancing crowdfunding and protection of the information of investors and MSMEs should be insured.

The new policy on education emphasizes an integrated approach which recommends providing learning-outcome based education with the provision of proper nutrition to all children. This integrated approach to education extends the ambit of the Right to Education early childhood to a higher secondary level of education by covering all children between the ages of 3 to 18 years. The objective of accessibility of quality based education with equity in the neighborhood school up to age 18 can be achieved but needs proper implementation of policy. National Sample Survey on Social Consumption: Education, 2014 (NSS 71st Round) data reveals that about 39 percent household has reported distance of school having secondary level classes is more than 2 kilometer and 12.2 percent household reported distance is more than 5 kilometer in rural areas which is about 5 times more of urban areas.

The economy is such a factor that decides the status of living. Sundarban is the largest area in the world with tidal halophytic mangrove forests. It is a delta of the Ganga, Brahmaputra, and Meghna rivers and is situated in the West Bengal state of India and the neighboring country of Bangladesh. Residents rely mainly on agriculture, livestock rearing, and fisheries. They face challenges such as poverty, marginalization, and an acute struggle against geo-climatic events. The present study was conducted to assess the socio-economic status of the farming community under the given resources such as demographic, physical, cultural, environmental, and social issues. A combined indicator of one’s economic and sociological status is the socioeconomic status. It is a nuanced measure based on income, education, and occupation, measured in a number of ways, which represented the work experience and social and economic status of an individual relative to others. The empowerment of women is a systematic concept and a dynamic multi-dimensional process that helps women to understand their distinctive characteristics and impact in all areas of life. To do this, it is important to unite and organize women into autonomous groups in order to gain unity and influence and facilitate collective action at the proper time. Rural women with backgrounds in the socioeconomic field are more likely to experience those diseases mainly because of their involvement in hard work in households. This paper examines recent changes in female workforce composition in the area of Sundarban regions. The study identifies the health and educational status of Sundarban women. The present paper deals with the changing role of the female in the development of the socio-economic condition of the Sundarban region.

Entrepreneurs are the employment generator of any economy Women entrepreneurs have been making a significant blow in all the segments of the economy which is more than 25 per cent of all types of business. In this context, the current study has been undertaken with the objective of current status of women entrepreneurship with the specific objectives of study the socio-demographic profile of the respondents and to analyses the motivational factors of women entrepreneur in Coimbatore. Recent literatures have been collected. Methodology of this research work includes Locale of the study, Sources of data, Tools used, Period of the study, Tabulation and presentation of data, Limitations of the study. 52 percent of the respondents are having beauty products business, 18 percent of the respondents are stationary shops and 22 percent of the respondents are having Petti shops. Othere the business type was mentioned by 8 percent of the respondents respectively. The motivational factors which are influencing while doing business were discussed. Majority of the respondents were accepted to have self-employment 91 percent were responded as 1st Rank in the main motive to start and continuing the business. The least priority was to dissatisfaction in previous Job (8th Rank) and to satisfy parents/ spouse/ children ambition (9th rank) responded by the women entrepreneurs.
